The Taliban is very hard to defeat! First off, their strategy is gorilla warfare, a strategy we Americans cannot fight effectively. We could lock the whole city down and it still wouldn't do us a lick of good because the Taliban blend right into the surrounding civilians. Then when we turn our backs they kill us! What's to do?
