Tottenham is on the Move

According to the New York Times, Tottenham Hotspurs are on the move. For the upcoming European Champions League, there will be 32 clubs from 18 countries participating. Inter Milan won the championship last year and collected around 62 million dollars while Manchester United, who lost in the quarterfinals, were in second in the financial rewards. Even though Tottenham finished 4th in the English Premier League, they came back from a 3 goal difference in a two match playoff and won it 6-3. They defeated the Swiss Club, Young Boys of Berne which left the fans dancing in the rain. The man leading the Spurs is a 6 foot 7 man named Peter Crouch. He had 2 goals that he headed in with a penalty shot when Gareth Bale was fouled. They then played at the Swiss field which they had an advantage with the slippery turf. Crouch went through 10 career moves till he finally came back to Tottenham for 15 million dollars. Crouch wants to play the best clubs to see how good Tottenham is and we will see how well they do.
