In Second Go-Round, Peru President Still Unpopular
The president of of Peru, Alan Garcia, is in the situation of being an unpopular president. Garcia was accused for the fault of the country being attacted by Maiost insurgency. He had been the President for 20 years and has been unpopular since his first term as president. His other fault that had added on to his being of unpopular, was fall the of Perus' economy.
