Despite India's nation as rise as technology titan with world's best engineering minds. India's full economic tying to achieve is stifled by potholed roadways, and collapsing bridges. Rickty rail roads and a power grid so unreliable that many modern bridges and building ruened there diesel generator to make sure that the world's light and computer stays on. For us they are going over lots of trouble through the countries.
It's not for want money. The India's gocverment is ready to spent $500 billion through year 2012 and doublee the amount in the following few years. The problem is dearth of engineers or civil engineer with this skills and expertise to make sure that those ambitious project are done on time and up to specifictions.
And so, it's that 26-years-old VIshal Mandvekar despite his bechlor degree in civil engineering, now writes code for Japanese automaker.

With engineering comes safety, then safer engineering, I suppose. India will need every last bit of that five hundred bill.
But shouldn't they spend some money on the third-world parts? I've seen women treated like dirt and spending their lives cleaning crap off the streets (literally). This is from the caste system.
It's great (no sarcasm) that they're working on engineering, but what about the *people*?
ohh the pople are trated good and they are working on their problems but lots of countries joined in.
so it was cast system but now women get respect more then men because one sain cleared that women are goddesses from heaven and men needs women in their life so now they don't that any more

Oh woo $500 Bilions its alot money but i think its not alot for a country which is trying to get advanced/modern. But its good you know because after they spend all this money and successfully accomplish all of their projects, Then the people in India wont to suffer through some of those situations, Whichever they probably are suffering through right now!!!
