According to the New York Times, an ex-cop known as Rolando Mendoza hijacked a tourist bus that was from Hong Kong. After hearing about the incident, local Police Commandos rush to the scene, stopped the bus, and had a standoff for 12 hours. Rolando put up signs on the windows saying his demands. His main demand was to get his job back. After awhile, he asks police to send in an interview team but Police wouldn’t let civilians near the bus.
Commandos try and break the glass windows using a sludge hammer but then gunshots break loose. One man in the bus was shot in the leg while two others were left dead. A radio broadcast gets a hold of Rolando and he tells them that he has shot two and will kill more if they don’t stop. He later kills six more to show he is even more serious but then the bus driver jumps out the window and says that everyone is dead. Commandos have proceeded in with tear gas and kill the man. President of the Philippines was accused for his Commandos not handling the situation more carefully by the President of China.

Dang those fillipino swat team were so freaking stupid. Why didnt they just break through the door instead of hanging around outside breaking the window. I don't have anything to say about the flashbang though. By the way i love those M16s
poor phillipinos didnt see it coming. I think they need to give more training to those comandos that epic failed and costed the lives of the 8 hostages. They need more training. They probabloy wernt ready for what happned.
I can't believe it. I guess they need more training in a situation like this. If they did any better they could save the hostage without any harm. Anyway why did they break the door with hammer. They could just break with gun to freak that hijacker or shoot the hijacker's hand.

I mean couldn't there be another way to get his job back? WOW they had a standoff for 12 hours. I wonder how they did that they must have had a loft of energy. This is a very interesting topic
