Englands Murder Laws
"One of Britians top prosecutors" announced that he agreeded with the new idea to prouduce new homicide charges. So far the homicide law only had two types of offense. One is manslaughter and the other one is murder . Some legal experts even battled that its unfair that people who didn't mean to kill and people who intended to kill were charged with murder. Keir Stammer said live on air on BBC radio that "We should have degrees of murder...". Most of the English population agrees. Now they just have to force it to the rest. They seem to idol Americas murder laws and are trying to follow in Americas footsteps.

Oh!! i think its really Unfair because a who didn't mean to kill someone and didn't do it purposely, is treated same as someone who actually wanted to kill and intended to kill some one. TOTALLY UNFAIR...
Ok i totally agree that nomatter if they killed purposely or not, MURDER IS MURDER but still i think ITS REALLY UNFAIR THAT IF A PERSON DIDN'T ACTUALLY intended to kill someone is treated same as someone who actually purposly did intend to kill someone.... MAN ITS MESSED UP!!!
