I just save people live's and run into burning buildings, nothing big.
My interview was amazing. It inspired me to fallow my path to becoming a firefighter, and pushed me to become a Chief firefighter. The interview was easy, I interviewed my neighbor a retired Platoon Chief. He showed me all of his awards his old pictures and he even invited me to dinner with some of his old friends. It was about a hour and a half interview, and it would have been much longer but it was already 10:30 p.m. He said it is the best career ever, and that he has connections so I would be able to get more opertunity's. I was amazed about how in-shape he is today at 63, he goes hunting plays some pick-up basketball at the fire staion and is still able to help out the Fremont fire department. I thought the interveiw was going to be akward at first because his wife was siting next to him but she was also really involeved in his fire fighting career. She would help prep his gear, raise money fore kids and cook for the station. This interview really got me excited for my career as a firefighter.
