I have to tell you, the worst thing you could do for an interview is rely on someone who has changed their phone number without telling you! Especially if they live 2 states away! >:O First and foremost, make sure you get your interviewee's information long before you start your interview or even before the interview is done. You don't have to make sure that you contact them right away, just make sure you can contact them instead of putting it off until you learn when the interview is actually due. This way, even if your in-between disappears (or practically falls off the face of the earth for all you can tell), you can still initiate your interview on your own if you need to. My mistake was not doing any of this! Not too smart, right? If only you could turn back time... but then if we could do that, I'd probably spend that time procrastinating... O.O! XD I love my job~ Anyways~ like I said, not a good idea to leave your in-between with all the contact info (just in case right? :3). Trust me! Procrastination is not a good idea, even if the project hasn't been assigned yet! Be ahead of the game, it will pay off! ...least I hope so.... O.O
