first interview yayyyyy

So I emailed 7 bakeries in the Bay Area and none of them decide to email me back except one. SO I suggest you email a lot of people and not just one or two since they probably won't even take the time to look at your email. Another good piece of advice is to call instead of email. I didn't do that. So if I did that I'd probably have a better chance of actually getting a response. Anyways yeah. For my first interview I probably talked to a girl who was like 20 at the oldest. So I guess if you talk to somebody near your age you wouldn't be that nervous since you have other things to talk about if you run out of questions. If you stop giving somebody eye contact while you're talking, you're making it awkward for everybody. So you shouldn't really stop giving eye contact pretty much the whole time. And it's kind of awkward writing things down when you're interviewing somebody with the small moment of silence, so you should probably try your hardest to memorize a lot of what they said and write down critical things they said. I guess next time I should do those things. Oh and not to be shy. It's not like you'll ever really see these people again so you shouldn't be shy and not talk all that much. I'm pretty sure they'd want more of a conversation with you than a questionnaire.
