I had great success in my interview. Mr.John understood me, he knew that i had accent behind my English. He was very helpful interviewee. I ask them how they got involve in there career, is it fun to work, why have they choose this topic and not any other topic. Always node or say really, ya, muhum ro something and keep smilling then they will know you are very interested in what you are doing.
Just be on time and dress appropriately. shake your hand before starting the intrview, give your introduction, why this project is important for you. Ask them if you can take pictures of them and the office.

I see that you, just like everyone else, was nervous about the interview. I wish I knew my questions by heart or at least had all my questions ready. I realize that some people might not understand you with your accent and I know that can be very hard but at least your interviewee understood that. I understand what you mean when they really like to talk a lot because my interviewee was very talkative. She knew a lot about her job/career and actually helped me a lot with my I-search.
i know i am very glad the 1st one is over
I was going to pick something in the police field but quickly changed it last minute, so I'm glad to see that someone is doing it! I also always just say “yeah” “uh-huh” just to make sure that they know I'm listening in depth. My interviewee was my best friend but still asking all the question, then writing them down did get a little awkward at moments. I think I'd like to challenge myself by trying to memorize the questions, great tactic! Good luck on your next two interviews!
thanks
you can record the interview if you can
I understand what you mean when you say they like to talk a lot and I'm sure that being a policeman your interviewee was very passionate about his job and enjoyed explaining the many aspects of his job. I can also relate with doing things to show them that you are listening attentively and express that you are very interested as they explain things. That's funny that his name was Mr. John and I hope your interview helped you a lot.
It seems like you know what you're doing so far, Keena. I'm glad that you're interview went well. It's smart of you to think to memorize your questions, and I'm going to keep that in mind for the following interviews!
It's good that you knew to be professional, seeing as how that's the key thing to remember during an interview.
The i-Search is like a test of maturity, in my opinion. You have to contact adults, be organized, and be mature and respectful. You're definitely a mature person, and seem to have yourself together.
You're off to an awesome start and I know your next interviews will run smoothly.
Good luck, although you won't need it!
